I’m a certified EMDR therapist who tends to show up in the middle of both science and sacred. I show up as a steady ally– open, compassionate, and nonjudgmental– so you can drop the armor and speak your truth. I’ll listen deeply, validate your feelings, and tailor our work around healing ALL parts of you, at the pace of your body and system. In our work together, you’ll find a haven where healing feels possible and your voice is welcomed.

My Story

My path to becoming a healer began not in a classroom, but in the depths of my own journey toward wholeness.

Like many who find their calling in the healing arts, I first discovered these practices as a seeker, not a guide.

Through the wisdom of compassionate therapists, the grounding presence of yoga teachers, and the stillness found in meditation retreats, I began to understand that healing isn't linear; it's a spiral that brings us deeper into ourselves. I explored the transformative power of sound healing, EMDR Therapy, the insights offered through healing circles, and the profound wisdom held within the body through somatic movement.

Each modality opened new doors. Each teacher reflected back a truth I was learning to recognize: that I, too, was a healer.

But healing was never meant to be solitary.

The most profound shifts happened in community, held by others, witnessed in our shared humanity. I knew that whatever gifts had been awakened in me were meant to be offered back—not from a place of having "arrived," but from the humble knowing that we heal together. Fast forward 10+ years of my own work, a masters degree, internship, working in community mental health, and several group practices—and this is where we land. In a space where healing is done in YOUR way, for YOUR body and system.

What began as a private practice in Florida was fueled by a simple vision: to create spaces where people could explore their own paths to wellness, supported by practitioners who understood the journey intimately because they'd walked it themselves.

Today, I offer an integrative approach that honors the many paths to wellness. Utilizing traditional science-backed modalities like EMDR, embodiment work, or Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, I meet each person where they are; with humility for the journey that lies ahead.

My practice has grown beyond what I imagined, but my foundation remains the same: authentic healing, compassionate welcoming community, and the belief that everyone carries within them the capacity for profound transformation and inner healing intelligence.

Brave, Safe Space for Vulnerability

I believe therapy should feel safe to be vulnerable and brave. I’m intentional about minimizing power dynamics, inviting your inner-wisdom, using anti-oppression and inclusive language, & fostering trust so you can bring your whole self to sessions and move toward real, lasting healing.

At Healing Your Way, I cherish the diversity of humanity– including any sex, gender identity, age, body shape, race, ethnicity, range of abilities, sexual orientation, financial means, education, and political perspective.
